Модели Реформирования Российского Железнодорожного Транспорта

Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы выбора модели для продолжения реформы российского железнодорожного транспорта. В качестве наиболее подходящей модели обосновывается вертикальная интеграция при параллельной конкуренции компаний (такие ее виды, как конкуренция источников и собственно географическая параллельная конкуренция); рассматриваются отличия российского железнодорожного транспорта от европейского и сходство с североамериканским, аргументируется выбор указанного пути продолжения реформы.
