Abstract

Обосновывается необходимость гендерного подхода к анализу и регулированию поведения потребителей. В частности, в статье рассмотрены гендерные особенности поведения потребителей, включая гендерные роли, гендерные стереотипы, черты. Использованы материалы исследования в области выбора услуги дополнительного профессионального образования. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в области маркетинга и рекламы, гендерных исследований, а также при формировании программ продвижения образовательных услуг.
