Abstract

Рассмотрены структура и содержание одного из основных процессов в системах менеджмента качества под рабочим названием «Обеспечение руководством изучения и выполнения требований к продукции (услуге)». Процесс изучен на примере предприятия сферы услуг общественного питания.
