Abstract

На примере Красноярского края предлагается методический подход к прогнозированию кадровой потребности региональной экономики, предусматривающий периодическое построение среднеи долгосрочных прогнозов кадровой потребности и ежегодную корректировку по результатам мониторинга текущей кадровой потребности и трудоустройства молодых специалистов. Такой подход может повысить качество прогноза кадровой потребности региональной экономики и приема в региональную систему профобразования.
