Abstract

Рассматриваются различные методы анализа внешней и внутренней сред санаторно-курортных организаций. Предлагаются основные параметры для анализа сильных и слабых сторон санаторно-курортной организации, а также инструментарий оценки параметров внутренней и внешней среды. Результаты исследования могут использоваться для развития системы санаторно-курортных организаций региона и повышения их конкурентоспособности.
