Abstract

После присоединения России к ВТО особо актуальным стал вопрос практического применения правил и норм этой организации. Защитные, компенсационные и антидемпинговые меры позволяют предоставлять дополнительные конкурентные преимущества национальным производителям. Для анализа мер защиты внутреннего рынка чрезвычайно перспективной представляется институциональная теория в целом и в особенности концепция неполных контрактов. В рассматриваемых соглашениях заложены определенные элементы гибкости. На этой базе авторы раскрывают роль данных инструментов торговой политики в современной международной торговой системе, анализируют опыт использования мер защиты членами ВТО и раскрывают возможности их применения для защиты интересов отечественного бизнеса.
