Проблема Компьютерной Преступности: Экономико-Правовой Аспект

The article is devoted to the analysis of computer crime in Russia and foreign countries. The author places special emphasis on such new challenges as developing new methods for estimating the costs of computer-enabled crime, economic evaluation of information security investments, special procedures of risk assessment and risk management strategies. Attention is also paid on problems of the Internet regulation. The author points to the need for corporate, government and non-governmental organizations to develop coordinated efforts to maximize defense and minimize computer crime costs. This task might be solved by multi-tiered structure of governance in cyberspace.
