Abstract

Successful investments development of a region mainly depends on the actions of the State executive bodies. Efficient distribution and use of funds, competent budget and investments policy, arrangements for infrastructure development that are conducted by regional government institutions, eventually determine economic development of the territory. In order to gain the described targets, the author suggests to find out the investments capabilities, evaluate and use the investments potential of the region with the large-scale projects of high value. Investments potential may be realized by using certain governance mechanism that is a complex of economic analysis and management decisions in order to get the certain parameters of social and economic development of the region.
