Abstract

Работа посвящена описанию стратегического подхода в проведении современной модернизации российской экономики на основе концентрации усилий по ликвидации «слабых звеньев» как наиболее отстающих элементов социально-экономической системы и способа их выявления. Рассматривая динамику экономической системы как нелинейную, автор предлагает параметр порядка её поведения мультипликатор занятости, даёт методику его вычисления и определяет «слабые звенья», к которым относятся государственное управление, здравоохранение и образование.
