Abstract

Материал, проанализированный в статье, приобретает особую актуальность, если рассматривать его в контексте стратегических целей развития российской высшей школы, сформулированных в Указе Президента России от 7 мая 2012 г. № 599. Особое внимание автор уделяет характеристике систем управления университетами и особенностей их взаимодействия с академическим персоналом с точки зрения повышения качества и конкурентоспособности профессорско-преподавательского состава на мировом рынке образовательных услуг. Рассмотрены механизмы мотивации и социальной политики поддержки профессоров, а также условия труда, найма, академической карьеры и отбора академического персонала в данных университетах. Сформулированы и обоснованы предложения по совершенствованию систем вознаграждения и академических контрактов для профессорско-преподавательского состава МГУ им. М. В. Ломоносова, СПбГУ и других системообразующих вузов России.
