Abstract

In the paper, for the first time in the economic literature of Russia, the complex evaluation of achievement, problems, and strategy of technical regulation in the Russian economy is done. For this purpose, technical regulation princi ples used in market economies are analyzed. The article also reviews the implementation of Russian Technical regulation act adopted in 2002.
