Концепция затрат на качество (cost of quality): проблемы и перспективы применения

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы управления затратами на основе концепции «Затраты на качество». Управление затратами на качество имеет большие перспективы в условиях все возрастающей роли корпоративных информационных систем. Появляется возможность более точно и оперативно оценивать издержки низкого качества на уровне как фирмы, так и общества в целом. В статье предлагаются направления развития концепции, а также приводится критика традиционной PAF модели. По оценкам исследователей затраты низкого качества в среднем составляют до 20% от объема продаж фирмы, что означает существенный потенциал снижения себестоимости на российских предприятиях
