Эволюция Факторинга: Институты И Рынки

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию процессов эволюции факторинга как комплекса торгово-финансовых услуг, оказываемых компанией-фактором или банком клиенту в обмен на уступку дебиторской задолженности. Показано, что возникновение и развитие этого феномена связаны с организацией и финансированием торговли, по преимуществу международной. Эта связь прослеживается авторами от эпохи городов-государств Древнего Междуречья до современной эпохи глобализации. Авторы выделяют и анализируют три линии эволюции факторинга: агентскую (институциональную), инструментальную и финансовую. Данный подход позволил им впервые в отечественной экономической литературе выделить и описать исторически исходные экономико-правовые феномены, образующие концептуальный каркас современного факторинга, которые возникли в деловой практике ассирийских купцов XIX–XVIII вв. до н. э. и римской хлебной торговле I–VI вв. Большое внимание в статье уделено анализу процессов перехода от торгового к финансовому факторингу в конце XIX в. и развитию современных форм финансирования дебиторской задолженности.
