Abstract

At the current stage of economic development, the effectiveness of the personnel facilities administration is on the topside. Actually the effective management of human resources is one of the crucial factors of commercial success. The relationship of companys members and interaction between them and the company are reflected in the companys particularity. Recently, management services have not only reshaped their stance on the corporate culture, but hold a pro active attitude in using the corporate culture as a factor of competitive recovery, elasticity, manufacturing and managing effectiveness. The up to date management considers the human resources administration jointly with the companys development and targets, and the major aspect is based on the comprehension of top managers that the human resources management plays a pivotal role in the high level of corporate culture forming, and as a consequence the creation of unique competitive advantage.
