Abstract

The purpose of this article is to prove the necessity of active government innovations policy in order to provide the national safety of Russian Federation in the conditions of globalization, growing competitive abilities of the national product, taking into account the fact that the level and quality of life in Russia is rising nowadays. Basic components of the countrys innovations potential are analyzed, and the necessary set of conditions for normal innovations activity is formed.
