Abstract

Отношение к стратегическому планированию среди специалистов на протяжении более чем 40 лет периодически пересматривалось. Классические концепции стратегического целеполагания не позволяют решать многие вопросы развития бизнеса как элемента конкретной бизнессистемы. В статье обосновывается целесообразность ориентации стратегического финансового планирования на рост стоимости бизнеса, на его интеграцию с бизнес-системой в целом при обеспечении необходимого уровня платежеспособности компании. Приоритетное место в систе ме стратегического финансового планирования в статье отводится вопросам обоснования будущих финансовых потребностей компании, исходя из целей ведения бизнеса, а также учета противоречивых целей деятельности организации в целом
