Ключевые Направления Оптимизации Процесса Коммерческого Использования Интеллектуальной Собственности

Abstract

Статья посвящена идентификации возможности повышения эффективности коммерческого использования интеллектуальной собственности в качестве нематериального актива. Представлен содержательный анализ специфики планирования вертикального трансферта интеллектуальной собственности, определены ключевые решения, принимаемые в рамках менеджмента интеллектуальной собственности, а также идентифицированы некоторые параметры в контексте моделей EVA и ROV, выступающие определяющими факторами в рамках процесса коммерциализации.
