The leading role of organizational and administrative factors in economic development has fostered the need to create «network structures» which consist of a network of enterprises. These are controlled according to the principle of center-periphery. Cooperation and coordination in network structure is then achieved on the basis of developed norms and rules observed by all participants of this network. Management and control over these network structures entails the cooperation and coordination of different interests for the achievement of general competitiveness in the given field.
