Исламские Банки: Особенности, Проблемы, Перспективы Развития

Abstract

Статья посвящена особенностям функционирования исламских банков как специфических финансовых институтов. В частности, изучаются принципы и организационно-правовые основы деятельности исламских банков, а также финансовые инструменты, применяемые ими в активных и пассивных операциях. Особое внимание уделяется различиям традиционных и исламских банков. Анализируются проблемы и перспективы развития исламской банковской индустрии. Одними из наиболее значимых проблем, сдерживающих развитие исламских банков, являются их конкурентные недостатки, неразвитая инфраструктура рынка исламских финансовых услуг, высокая степень региональной фрагментации, несовершенная система банковского надзора и регулирования. Однако, несмотря на серьезные инфраструктурные и организационные вызовы, с которыми сталкивается исламская банковская индустрия, перспективы ее развития весьма позитивны.
