Abstract

This article proposes a new approach to evaluating the effectiveness of libraries by exploiting economic methodology. For the purpose of measurement, library effectively is calculated by analyzing the cost of materials, equipment, personnel salaries and other items. The concepts of marginal theory are then used to evaluate the calculation data.
