Abstract

В статье дается определение понятия «товарный знак» и его отличие от «бренда» и «торговой марки». Авторы кратко знакомят с историей учета товарных знаков. Рассматриваются особенности бухгалтерского и налогового учета товарных знаков как объекта нематериальных активов. Уделяется внимание вопросам достоверного формирования их стоимости, способам и порядку начисления амортизации, вопросам переоценки и выбытия. Описывается порядок регистрации товарных знаков в Российской Федерации, кроме того, приведены три подхода к оценке стоимости товарного знака, в их числе затратный, доходный и сравнительный методы.
