Abstract

Рассматриваются зарубежные и отечественные методы оценки социальных инвестиций и социальной ответственности перед персоналом. Модифицированная методика ЭСИСП апробирована на компаниях телекоммуникационного сектора. На основании анализа предложены рекомендации по развитию инструментов оценки социальных инвестиций и социальной ответственности в России.
