Инвестирование Средств Пенсионных Накоплений В Современных Условий

Abstract

В связи с проводимой в Российской Федерации с 2002 г. пенсионной реформой, заключающейся в постепенном переходе от чисто распределительной к распределительнонакопительной системе пенсионного обеспечения, где накопительная часть в отличие от страховой части не расходуется на выплату текущих пенсий, а вкладывается в ценные бумаги и другие финансовые активы для получения инвестиционного дохода. Чтобы соотношение пенсий к заработной плате соответствовало среднеевропейским стандартам (40-60% от заработной платы), необходимо правильно инвестировать накопления. В связи с этим особую актуальность приобретает изучение возможностей и методов учета накопительной части пенсии.
