Лояльность В Системе Мотивации Трудовой Деятельности

Abstract

В статье исследуется социально-экономическая природа лояльности персонала, доказывается положение, согласно которому лояльность есть особое отношение сотрудников к труду как к своему собственному делу, и в этом качестве лояльность выступает системообразующим уровнем трудовой мотивации; обосновывается методологический принцип, в соответствии с ним эффективность системы мотивации персонала на труд достигается, если на предприятии предварительно формируются лояльные отношения персонала к труду.
