Трансформация Системы Трудовых Ценностей В Условиях Формирования Новой Парадигмы Труда

Abstract

Дано определение трудовых ценностей. Показана необходимость трансформации системы трудовых ценностей в процессе формирования новой парадигмы труда в рамках перехода российского общества к новому этапу общественного развития. Проведенный ретроспективный анализ трансформации труда выявил зависимость трудовых ценностей от исторической эпохи, культуры, национальной идентичности и структуры занятости. Классифицированы факторы трансформации трудовых ценностей. Изменения на институциональном уровне управления могут стать основой формирования новой системы ценностей.
