Abstract

Авторы отмечают, что в условиях глобализации существует необходимость формирования инновационного поведения китайских компаний с целью повышения их конкурентоспособности. Возможности производства инноваций обеспечиваются как государством, так и самими компаниями. Акцентируется внимание на том, что инновационный процесс в корпорациях трудный, противоречивый и проходит ряд этапов в своем развитии. В качестве примера рассматривается развитие инновационного процесса в автомобилестроении Китая.
