Abstract

В настоящее время компаниям сложно привлекать перспективных молодых специалистов, возникают трудности, связанные с закреплением их в организации и раскрытием их трудового и творческого потенциала. Происходит снижение трудовой активности молодых специалистов, производительности и эффективности их труда. Сегодня уже недостаточно просто привлечь перспективных выпускников вузов, не менее важно удержать ценные кадры, закрепить их в организации. Несоответствие требований работодателей и условий труда компетенциям и потребностям выпускников вузов во многом обусловлено отсутствием комплексного подхода к анализу различных аспектов трудовой мотивации выпускников высших учебных заведений, потребностей, мотивов и стимулов трудовой деятельности молодых людей. В статье рассматриваются мотивационные предпочтения выпускников вузов, типология выпускников, а также зарубежный опыт работы со студентами и выпускниками по вопросам трудоустройства.
