Abstract

В статье разработан метод оценки качества квалифицированной рабочей силы машиностроительной корпорации. Обоснованы важнейшие мероприятия корпоративной программы управления качеством квалифицированной рабочей силы и целесообразность создания корпоративного кадрового центра машиностроительной корпорации. Представлены четыре группы факторов труда рабочих по соотношению показателей их удовлетворенности и значимости, а также дана их сводная характеристика по степени позитивности компонент качества квалифицированной рабочей силы для рабочих ОАО «КАМАЗ».
