Механизм Следообразования На Гильзах В Процессе Их Переснаряжения При Многократном Использовании

Abstract

В последнее время в экспертной практике отмечены случаи использования патронов к нарезному оружию, переснаряженных самодельным способом. Цели и задачи. Рассмотреть вопросы следообразования при переснаряжении гильз. Выявить пригодные для экспертного исследования криминалистически значимые следы производственных механизмов на переснаряженных гильзах. Поэтапно описать процесс переснаряжения и используемое оборудование. Экспериментальная часть. Исследование следов, образующихся в 229 Изв. Сарат. ун-та. Нов. сер. Сер. Экономика. Управление. Право. 2016. Т. 16, вып. 2 процессах выстрела и переснаряжения, проводилось на гильзах охотничьих патронов калибра.300 WIN MAG, отстреленных из карабина Sauer 202 калибра.300 WIN MAG. Обсуждение результатов. На примере исследуемых гильз проведен анализ особенностей механизма следообразования на гильзах после многократного переснаряжения, который позволяет делать выводы о неоднократном использовании гильз, в ряде случаев об их переснаряжении на одном и том же оборудовании
