Влияние Уровня Доходов Населения На Развитие Трудовых Ресурсов Региона

Abstract

Введение. Важными показателями уровня жизни населения региона являются доходы. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что в настоящее время велика неравномерность распределения доходов населения региона. Методы. В данном исследовании использовались уровневый подход, а также методы сравнения, анализа, обобщения и систематизация данных. Теоретический анализ и обсуждение результатов. В статье проведен анализ доходов населения, охарактеризована их дифференциация по видам экономической деятельности, группам населения, осуществлено сравнение фактических и плановых значений показателей социальной политики региона, выявлено влияние уровня доходов на развитие трудовых ресурсов региона. Заключение. Чем выше доходы населения, тем выше уровень жизни трудовых ресурсов. Поскольку в настоящее время большая доля населения с высоким и средним уровнем доходов имеет возможность обеспечить свое развитие, постольку будет происходить улучшение социально-экономического положения региона.
