Обоснование Концептуальных Положений Формирования И Достижения Долговременных Конкурентных Преимуществ Промышленным Предприятием

Abstract

В современных условиях одно из перспективных направлений управления конкурентными преимуществами промышленных предприятий базируется в сфере управления экономическими ресурсами компании. Теоретический анализ. В статье рассматриваются и анализируются современные модели ресурсного менеджмента: lean production (LP) - бережливое производство, theory of constraints (TOC) - теория ограничений, resource - based view (RBV) - ресурсная концепция. Обосновывается идея создания «эволюционирующих возможностей» (evolving capabilities) - системных способностей предприятия к организационным изменениям. Результаты. Рассмотрена и доказана необходимость создания и непрерывного анализа системы динамических способностей, выступающей базой ключевых компетенций предприятия, показана связь эффективного управления ресурсами и успешной реализации концептуальной цели «качество - затраты - поставка».
