Abstract

Введение. Статья посвящена исследованию пределов изменения Конституции Российской Федерации 1993 г. Обсуждение. Исследуются поправки, которые были внесены в текст Конституции РФ за более чем двадцатилетний период. Особое внимание уделено поправкам, касающимся реорганизации высших судов государства. Указывается на необходимость внимательного отношения к ценностям, закрепленным в Конституции. Делается вывод о недопустимости навязывания России «европейской системы ценностей». Анализируется деятельность высших органов государственной власти, защищающих Конституцию РФ. Доказывается, что изменения в Конституцию РФ были обусловлены необходимостью приведения в соответствие ее норм с изменившейся действительностью. Заключение. В результате анализа поправок в Конституцию РФ автор приходит к выводу, что они призваны совершенствовать управление государством, развитие федеративной и судебной системы страны, но не меняют основных принципов функционирования Российского государства и общества, не посягают на стабильность экономического и политического устройства.
