Опыт Сша Передачи Технологий Из Науки В Промышленную Среду

Abstract

В современном мире успешное развитие экономики любой страны невозможно без наличия эффективной системы передачи и коммерциализации технологий, являющейся одним из основных факторов, способствующих инновационному развитию и обеспечению благосостояния стран. Теоретический анализ. В статье рассмотрены три основные модели передачи технологий при университетах в США и проведен их анализ. Результаты. Представлены положительные и отрицательные черты рассмотренных моделей, а также выявлены тенденции перехода от модели «лицензирования» к совершенно новой «модели обмена». На основании положительного опыта использования «моделей обмена» университетами США и проведенного анализа положительных и отрицательных сторон рассмотренных моделей существует возможность в дальнейшем использовать успешный зарубежный опыт в высшей школе Российской Федерации.
