Качество Труда Персонала Таможенных Органов Как Важнейший Фактор Обеспечения Качества Таможенных Услуг

Abstract

Укрепление кадрового потенциала и формирование профессионального кадрового состава таможенных органов является основой обеспечения предоставления качественных государственных услуг. Теоретический анализ. В статье качество труда персонала рассмотрено как важнейший фактор, формирующий качество услуг, предоставляемых таможенными органами. Обсуждение результатов. На примере Саратовской таможни отмечено, что таможней прилагается максимум усилий для организации эффективного управления процессами и ресурсами и получения максимальной отдачи от знаний, умений и навыков персонала, чтобы сокращение его численности не оказало существенного влияния на качество предоставления таможенных услуг в регионе деятельности Саратовской таможни. Ключевыми ориентирами при решении этих задач являются целевые индикаторы Стратегии развития таможенной службы РФ до 2020 года.
