Abstract

В статье рассматривается когнитивное моделирование устойчивого развития Южного федерального округа, что включает выявление взаимосвязанных факторов устойчивого развития Южного федерального округа для построения когнитивной карты и последующего имитационного моделирования сценариев развития округа. Теоретический анализ. Дана общая характеристика Южного федерального округа, его основных показателей в русле стратегии устойчивого развития, которая позволила выявить взаимосвязанные факторы устойчивого развития Южного федерального округа с целью построения когнитивной карты. Методы. Использование когнитивного моделирования объясняет специфику форм и закономерностей, модификацию и развитие сложных слабоструктурированных систем, что позволяет выявить взаимосвязанные факторы для устойчивого развития Южного федерального округа с целью выстраивания стратегии его развития. Результаты. На базе когнитивной карты проведено имитационное моделирование четырех наиболее характерных сценариев развития Южного федерального округа и проведен их анализ с целью выстраивания стратегии развития округа посредством набора управляющих воздействий для усиления устойчивости развития.
