Основные Направления Деятельности Таможенных Органов: Теоретико-Правовая Характеристика

Abstract

Интеграционные процессы, активным участником которых выступает Российская Федерация, оказали непосредственное влияние на деятельность таможенных органов. В статье анализируются основные направления деятельности таможенных органов Российской Федерации. Теоретико-правовой анализ. Дана теоретическая характеристика деятельности таможенных органов в условиях функционирования Таможенного союза, представлены некоторые примеры практической деятельности указанных органов. Заключение. Делается вывод о значении каждого из рассмотренных направлений.
