Abstract

Введение. В современных условиях большое значение приобретает проблема социальной ответственности компаний. Необходимо проанализировать стадии, направления развития и риски социальной ответственности. Этим определяется актуальность исследования. Теоретический анализ. Социальная ответственность представляет собой комплекс действий, связанных с ценностями компаний и нацеленных на устойчивое развитие бизнеса. Ее рисками выступают: правовые, политические, экономические, экологические, социально-трудовые. Обсуждение результатов. Необходимо реализовывать интегрированный подход к социальной ответственности как ответ на системные вызовы. В регионах внедряется тройственная модель взаимодействия между работниками, работодателями и региональными властями.
