Abstract

Введение. Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью проведения экспертизы случаев непреднамеренного выстрела. В данной работе рассматривается нетривиальный случай непреднамеренного выстрела. Описание происшествия. В работе описываются условия и причины непреднамеренного выстрела, повлекшего смерть подростка при неосторожном обращении с пистолетом «Браунинг». Обсуждение. Рассматриваются конструктивные особенности пистолета FN, версия подозреваемого применительно к этому типу оружия, а также действия подозреваемого. Заключение. Результаты экспертизы подтверждают версию о непреднамеренном выстреле.
