Специфика Неоиндустриализациии Модернизации Экономики России

Abstract

Введение. В современных условиях большое значение приобретает модернизация экономики России. Для этого необходимо провести категориальный анализ понятий «модернизация» и «неоиндустриализация» и показать их взаимосвязь. Этим определяется актуальность исследования. Теоретический анализ. Модернизация характеризуется как переходный этап от одного состояния системы к другому, более высокому и качественному. Модернизация осуществляется на базе неоиндустриализации. Факторами, препятствующими проведению неоиндустриализации, выступают: неэффективная структура экономики. Неблагоприятный деловой климат. Видами модернизации экономики являются: точечная и фронтальная модернизация. Обсуждение результатов. Неоидустриализация понимается как фронтальная модернизация. Она требует огромных инвестиций и выступает основой модернизации. В неоиндустриальной экономике ускоренное развитие получают элементы технологического базиса. При этом доминирующее значение приобретают комплексные закономерности неоиндустриализации как «инновационной модернизации».
