Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению такой формы участия граждан Российской Федерации в деятельности судебной власти, как представительство в квалификационных коллегиях судей. Автором анализируются правовое регулирование, динамика полномочий и практическая деятельность данных органов судейского сообщества с позиции обеспечения конституционного принципа гласности и общественного участия.
