Abstract

Совершенствование системы индикаторов и показателей, позволяющих объективно оценить уровень пространственной неоднородности социально-экономического развития муниципальных районов на территории субъекта Российской Федерации составляет предмет обсуждения в настоящей статье. Предлагается использовать созданные в геоинформационной системе (ГИС) простые и сложные ранговые картограммы как средство оценки состояния пространственной социально-экономической и природно-ресурсной асимметрии в регионе. Реализация геоинформационного подхода к оценке неоднородности внутрирегионального развития обеспечит создание эффективной системы диагностики и прогнозирования конкурентоспособности, устойчивости и безопасности развития муниципальных образований на территории региона.
