Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость разработки бюджетно-финансовой стратегии субъекта Российской Федерации как части системы государственного стратегического планирования. Предложены концептуальные основы бюджетно-финансовой стратегии субъекта Российской Федерации. Представлены ключевые направления бюджетно-финансовой стратегии региона, определяющие ее структуру.
