Основные Методы Системы Управления Подготовкой И Реализацией Стратегических Решений

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные методы, применяемые на этапах подготовки, принятия стратегических решений, прогноза реализации стратегических решений и на этапе реализации стратегии. При реализации стратегии описаны и классифицированы использующиеся следующие группы методов: организации работы со стейкхолдерами, реализации стратегии, формирования команд поддержки, обучения персонала, предотвращения сопротивления, повышения эффективности системы связей, поиска корректирующих действий, контроля, стратегического управленческого учета, оценки стоимости бизнеса, оценки эффективности.
