Abstract

Основная задача в деятельности фирмы по управлению рисками снижение их до возможно более низкого (приемлемого) уровня. Целью управления рисками является обеспечение устойчивости и динамичности развития фирмы, т.е. оптимизация риска отклонений от тенденции развития. Процесс управления риском это систематическая работа по выявлению риска, оценке риска, выбору приемов управления риском, реализации выбранных приемов, оценке полученных результатов. Полностью избежать рисков невозможно, но, зная, что порождает потери, фирма способна снизить их угрозу.
