Abstract

В статье анализируется правовая природа решений международных судебных инстанций, в том числе Международного Суда и Суда Европейских сообществ. Особое внимание уделено такому специфическому свойству решений последнего, как их безусловная обязательность для государств-членов Европейского Союза.
