Политическая Активность Женщин В Ссср В Послевоенные Годы (На Материалах Саратовской Области)

Abstract

В статье показан процесс участия женщин в СССР в послевоенные годы в политической жизни страны и Саратовской области. Однако отмечается, что высокий образовательный уровень женщин мало влиял на их представительство в партийных органах. В послевоенные годы было издано много постановлений, директив по выдвижению женщин на работу в партийные, советские, профсоюзные органы, однако недостаточный контроль за их выполнением, недоверие к способностям женщин со стороны мужчин-руководителей приводили к игнорированию этих постановлений, вследствие чего женщин было мало на руководящих должностях, к тому же их властные полномочия оставались чисто номинальными.
