Административная Ответственность За Недобросовестную Конкуренцию

Abstract

В статье выявляются особенности привлечения к административной ответственности за недобросовестную конкуренцию на товарном рынке. Автор анализирует состав административного правонарушения, отдельные его элементы. На основе исследования практической деятельности антимонопольных органов предлагаются возможные пути совершенствования действующего административно-деликтного законодательства.
