Abstract

В статье систематизированы основные проблемы управления бюджетными расходами, исследована нормативно-правовая и методическая база определения эффективности деятельности органов местного самоуправления и результативности расходов местного бюджета. Обоснована необходимость использования современных минимальных социальных стандартов в процессе управления бюджетными расходами
