Abstract

Статья посвящена малоисследованным вопросам извлечения и исследования компьютерной информации при исследовании преступлений. Анализируются процессуальные проблемы осуществления осмотра и обыска компьютерных систем. Обосновывается принципиальная возможность производстка данных следственных действий. Отмечается необходимость разработки тактических приемов удаленного исследования компьютерных систем и содержащихся в них данных.
