Abstract

В статье дается краткий обзор развития и становления института юридических обязанностей. Автор обращает внимание на то, что в начале развития цивилизации между правами и обязанностями вообще не проводилось никакого различия, но затем эти понятия четко разделились. На сегодняшний день мировое сообщество пришло к выводу, что юридические обязанности столь же необходимы для развития общества, как и права.
